The connector is built really solid and should withstand all conceivable loads that occur while traveling so. On the other hand it is not too heavy, that it "falls out of the socket." The individual inserts can be readily attach and tight, even if they do not engage. Likewise, the suitability for higher currents should be emphasized - 16A at 250V (ie 4000W) are possible. Before this adapter will be overloaded, rather come back up.
The problem is the use of Schuko has proved. One adapter cooperated only after intense violence with Schoku connectors. In the other I had even managed, but then so hard to get out, that I renounced it to repeat and from then on only used Euro plug to the adapter.
Pro:
Solidly built yet lightweight -
- High Currents
- Very flexible
- Bag for the adapter inserts is
Contraindications:
- Only partly earthed fit
In principle, the adapter were doing while their service, but I would not buy it again. For Euro-plug there are smaller adapter and Schuko inline adapter to have (eg InLine Australia / Argentina male to earthed socket AC adapter - also exist for other longer) as the better alternative proved. They are not as flexible, but much better processed and above all precisely fitting.
