I can only recommend this LED tubes. Extended starter, supplied installed starter, installed tube ready. Easier than ever. In addition to the WAREM light, seems to me the flickering neon lights of previous no longer be present. Since I work mostly in the office with this light, my eyes get tired also significantly less.
