The pillow is great for treks with camping or long trips on the train etc., because it is super light and a tiny pack size has. I have the pillow in size S and that's enough in my opinion completely. The trick is actually to wash the pillow only and dry, as it stands on the piece of paper in the pillow ... The pillows were totally lax and thin with me on after I've washed and dried, it has risen as a yeast dough.
