If I want to connect to the modem, tells me the included software only "Authentiaction failed". When Windows tool for WLAN, it also does not get any better: An attempt to establish a connection and when it seems as if you are Connected, you fly out again.
And I went through every possible source of error: MAC address (MAC filter), DHCP, manual IP allocation, approximately 40 times checked the WPA password, channel change, the latest drivers from the TP-Link website, changed password, and and and ..
I even stick the same a second time ordered, just to be sure - in vain. Exactly the same problem: with encryption (WPA-PSK / WPA2-PSK / WEP) goes nothing ... complete without encryption: properly.
But I'd rather, as it still is a bit too uncertain to me;)
Oh yes: With a laptop, Eee PC, Playstation 3's two and a WLAN USB dongle from Siemens is working fine ... so seems clear that the stick does not get along with the router - and not vice versa.
All users with a Arcor DSL modem 200 / Zyxel Prestige 660HW-T7 I can therefore only advise against this stick.
