Opens perspectives on a lot of topics!

This book is well done, clear, science without being pompous, but I only regret IN MY OPINION, the imbalance between the various chapter. For example, it amoins there a page on centrifugal pumps (basic tool of the engineer in food processing ...) in this brick.

But the information therein are clear, well organized, and understandable if one takes the trouble.

In any case, for the price, it is money well spent!
