Operation hui, battery, camera and sound Pooh

Positive:
First of all, the device is well made and fits comfortably in your hand.
+ Even after 3 weeks of testing I am very satisfied with the service. The Windows Phone 8 I find very clear and tidy.
+ All Apps that I need are available, thanks to Nokia also an offline navigation system that does not cost anything for Germany (Here Drive). Facebook, Twitter, email, WhatsApp, Evernote, Kochbuchapp, shopping lists, to-do list, etc. are in the Windows app store available.
+ The operation runs smoothly by hand. Since I do not play with the phone, my speed of dual cores ranges.
+ The display is very clear and can even in direct sunlight despite mirror surface (especially for the ladies recommended) are clearly seen.
+ Compared to the Nokia Lumia 920, it is very easy.

Now we come to the negative points:
- Beats Audio by Dr. Dre is simply firmly welded poorly and the only "Equalizer" -Audiovorgabe in the device. Probably built HTC also hopelessly overpriced headphones with the b. With good in-ear headphones from Philips or Sennheiser you get delivered only sound mushy slush. More suitable for hip hop or GangstaRappa. The Lumia 920 here has a full equalizer with presets and 7-beam frequency controllers. So I can get nice pictures and detailed sound Dolby audio is also supported. My hearing profile: Folk-rock, classical, alternative / progressive rock / metal, Thrash, Death, folk, gothic revival, groove and modern metal. So of Schandmaul / Faun on Slayer and Testament to Mussorgsky and Bach.
- The battery life is on average 30% lower than in other comparable Windows Phones. Nu if I confine myself to calls and SMS messages, and in the power saving mode (not timely data updates and mail views) I get through the day. One and a half days, if you put on airplane mode at night.
- The range of options in the settings menu is drastically reduced compared to the Nokia devices, has yet given me.
- The camera is designed for a former high-end Windows Phone rather lower middle class Android Phones. With HTC but probably usual (I've heard).
For 250 secure a decent Windows Phone for people who can live with the fact that one wants to make a few snapshots and only Dr. Dre's listening preferences gets imposed.
