'Mode' press button three times (seconds flash)
'Press Reset' button twice (hours are flashing)
By Press Now with 'Start / Stop': First, the hours run in English morning area (A) to '12', then in the afternoon the area (P) as well, and as it passes through midnight the display switches to our 24-hour format (H). Voila!
