Most reviews here are quite positive with 5 stars, so I will not dwell on the positive attributes of Mobistel Cynus T6. What I personally like about this phone is the large battery which promises a long battery life (more on later!), Two SIM slots in the mini SIM format (ie "normal-sized" for the SIM card) and a microSD -Erweiterungsslot. The practicality of the phone is good, even if it "is a little too big for my personal taste with 5.
The phone also has negative properties, and weaknesses, I want to mention in my review:
- The battery / the term: the battery is indicated with 4000 mAh, which is almost double the capacity, as with the other smart phones with this display size is common. Does the Cynus T6 therefore double the runtime? Unfortunately not! Why is that? I do not know exactly, but I suppose firstly the capacity indication of the battery is slightly "embellished". The battery weighs 70 grams and pure for this weight and Li-Po battery technology has this rather so to 3500 mAh, maybe even less. Then the operating system and the hardware may not be optimized for the high life, because achieve other comparable Android smartphones with 2200-2500 mAh quite similar maturities.
- The display flickers / sometimes flickers: every now and then catches the backlight to flicker that a nearly eyes almost hurt. This happens from time to time. I have this theory: I think that happens when you are staying in rooms with artificial lighting (Lumineszenzröhren) and the display brightness is automatically controlled. - The battery mounting: The battery sits very firmly in the holder. So realize that you even do not get it out with fingernails. On the rear wall the SIM slots, however, are labeled as follows: "SIM1 2G / 3G", "SIM2 2G", suggesting that the second slot can only operate as GSM. - Camera: The rear 8MP camera makes only moderate images. Especially in low light, the photos accordingly bad (blurry, noisy). The LED flash brings a little relief if you photographed people in close proximity. The flash automatically switches to not very reliable, it must be very dark already, so that switches on the flash. But you can also switch manually. The front 2MP camera is even worse lot than the rear. However, it is overall a wail at the high level.
