If you have the possibility to insert the holder vertically into the cigarette lighter, I find this a clean solution.
Installation is simple, the USB cable can be wrapped around the bracket and the rear is a small clip at which the USB cable can be attached.
The mobile phone can be clamped easily and with one hand and just as easily taken out again.
My phone incl. Softcover can be stable so that operated in the holder while driving the touchscreen.
Do I use the Navi my cell phone, I just turn the phone over the ball joint cross and it also keeps in this position.
The height adjustment is fine, so that a rider his cell phone with 2 small handles can clip it in my bracket.
A small drawback is more than that the holder slowly migrates from the cigarette lighter. But is not a problem for me because I 1x per week urging the holder back in and everything is good. There is also a blue LED, which also indicates to me whether the USB connector is a voltage and thus the holder tired plugged into the socket.
For me it was important that the phone is not as far forward stuck to the windscreen, as is often the case with the suction cup gizmos and especially so that no ugly edges on the windshield by the suction cups have.
