The fact that I play with the idea to buy additional displays testifies how pleased I am with the product. When I my home office PC newly built in September to have separate gaming and work PC, I was looking for a display with a higher quality panel than the built-in gamer monitors TN panels - a high-end professional solution would be my turn, have been too much of a good thing. After I became aware of the IPS monitors from LG, I researched further, what Acer to offer and stumbled onto this monitor.
From the description here, I seemed to have found exactly the product that I was looking for and so I ordered from Amazon.
Since the monitor is in my application and performed without problems his work. Since my workplace is ergonomically designed with regard to light sources, I do not disturb me any reflections. He may reflect - but this I can not comment and rate the above comment with a feeling of "own fault".
Also the other comment that the display ranges in the white light blue, I can not confirm. I myself use the display for image editing with Photoshop and feel subjectively a significant increase compared to my old Benq LCD monitor, but do not deserve my money with image editing and office therefore only upscale place but it is not professional demands on my monitor. In this sense, I refer to what I wrote at the outset - this monitor only cost a fraction of a professional unit - who needs a professional white balance, can not resort to a consumer product just that on the (Home) - Office application aims.
The monitor I give 5 stars because it does exactly what was promised and what I was looking for. The only point of criticism on my part I can not incorporate in the assessment because it is irrelevant for a home office product: So I disturb me at the gray housing color. With minimal technical skills I have, however, the frame is removed and painted in high-gloss black, which the monitor is much better to face. This I will do the same for the next two.
