Actually I wanted to buy me a wooden shelf for my firewood, was also put off by the negative reviews of almost every article specifically relating to the assembly and by the relatively high prices. Finally, I opted for the Dominik-shelf plastic. That was a good decision, because even I as untalented craftsmen need less than 5 minutes to the part to stick together; there are no screws or nails required. Of course, the shelf is not as stable as a bolted wooden shelf, but it is becoming significantly more stability when it is filled with firewood. The capacity is, however, is not excessively high, but enough for a few days. One should have elsewhere even stock for refilling I am very pleased with the shelf, and even if it is not cheap for a plastic part, I think the price is appropriate.
