The belt bag is perfect for jogging or cycling. The bag is not as great as they could interfere with the running, but big enough for keys, small drink and mobile. For the latter, there are at the front a spacious extra compartment (big enough for IPhone, Samsung Galaxy Plus, etc.), so that one has the cell phone anytime soon at hand.
A star deduction is available for the somewhat cumbersome setting Hüftschlaufe. While jogging almost impossible - while standing but doable. ;-)
