For a long time to order toner cartridges of various manufacturers on Amazon. I have always placed value on new original products, for which I am also willing to pay a higher price. In the last order of this Brother cartridge (new and original), I realized that was opened the package and sealed with adhesive tape again. So I ask myself - and the service staff of Amazon - why this is so. A short time later incoming exchange delivery had been opened exactly closed just not with Tesa tape but with a Amazon- tape again. Again, I had a chat with a customer service agent and persuaded me, another to perform (for me last) exchange. Is this a refill, defektes- or previously used products?
