"Original quality" is too high

After I have used for many years Canon SLR and -DSLR with the respective original battery handles, I wanted to use even a third-party grip for 7D. The advertised in the item description "Original quality" but is simply too high. That one can not expect Canon quality here though is obvious, but the very self-assured advertising over other third party seems to be not very well founded.

The first disappointment was made when unpacking, as already several thicker scratches were distributed on the handle. The contacts saw but from perfect, so I even go out of it, that it was not a virgin but used. The preparation that says in the case but from a lot.

The fits are easy to describe as bad. Everything creaks and wobbles on the handle. The battery compartment cover has been called in reviews as not perfect closing.
