I can flash the latest firmware and the battery is also SJCAM. I've screwed to the HDMI and USB port to reinforce with glue, as this is a weak point of the cam according forums. So I can exclude 100% that it is a fake. From the first shots, I'm thrilled. Especially the cam depends on electricity.
