When it comes to color and sharpness he is on par with my old LCD and already liked as well. The colors, however, affect the ZT60 a bit more natural way I feel personally comfortable.
I use the default setting "THX Bright Room" because I respect hue and lightness necessarily a standard setting but wanted the same time the panel brightness so high it's like to have.
And since the ZT60 can not unfortunately so with. My old LCD was (without exaggeration) twice as bright, if not more.
But I am not sure whether I should rate as the negative point because the LCD at full brightness certainly not so natural and pleasant picture had as the ZT60. When I would look at me a sports broadcast in broad daylight, the LCD would probably win. But with Blu Ray movies in the evening or at night (and the equivalent to 80% of usage for me) the ZT has the nose something front. He surmounted easily with its enormously good black level.
But what I have to definitely criticize the so-called "dynamic false contouring" in SD channels.
Last seen at a football match and Snooker in Euro Sport. Camera pans not, players move -> faces and match balls look at movement of mushy, which has me really shocked because I this unit for 2700, - have purchased (MSRP I think 4000). Because I would have expected more. Hab comparatively checked with my LCD, nothing there. The LCD provides all movements sharply since without the action appears unnatural. So a clear drawback.
With Blu Ray or Xbox One games I could not detect such imperfections ... the image via HDMI is unique and I've got nothing to complain about (and I'm usually a bean counter: D)
Since the TV almost exclusively for Blu Ray and Xbox One games will be used, as well as almost always at night, this TV is definitely the right thing for me. What I can not rate here is whether OLED had an even better black level.
I chose because it was cheaper than all OLED models in this size and because he got without exception positive reviews for this plasma here.
So apart from the weakness of moving images and the small SD Backlight remains a hammer television with which I am satisfied (for my purposes) around.
Hence a buy recommendation for all who want to use this TV for example, for your home theater or watching only HD material.
