Outstanding with Office Communicator - Great voice quality

I use the Jabra Speak 410 MS with the Communicator in the office. Especially with MS Communicator multi-party conferencing (Mute USB Webcam or notebook microphone) was the problem with my previous solution, it either came to feedback or not all participants were to understand the opposite.
