Looking for a good vacuum cleaner brush that suck both coarser tasks such as cabinets and
can unite simultaneously aspirate delicate tasks such as televisions and laptop, I've gotten several
"Cheap" Brushes tried and was never satisfied or sometimes even appalled by the quality of these and the
Suction result. So I decided to buy the expensive Miele Brush and may after repeated use
already say that it has paid off this time!
Product description:
The brush has two joints, which therefore every possible position of the brush head can be achieved.
In each bay small notches are felt, which the brush even during fast movements
hold it in place. The long-term test will show how this develops the wear of the detents.
The connection is on all Miele and others which have a suitable vacuum cleaners 35mm connection.
At Miele, the brush can be set directly on the hose, I even use it on a
Siemens vacuum cleaner and it can therefore begin only on suction handle, but this is not really a disadvantage.
The maintenance of the brush to the handle is not quite as strict, but quite strong enough for all "suction maneuver".
The brush hairs themselves are medium and soft enough to suck without concerns about TV (flat screen) and Co..
At the same time they are also tough enough to for example. "Caress" a shelf not only to.
From the shape of the brush, in most cases is just right, as you on the surface a wide side
Has suction and can work well with the tip for small corners. The height (depending on the handle)
also in order to get into the most gaps in easily.
The only downside is I have noticed so far is that the brush on the whole, but much
Volume in comparison to others and also the brush hairs form a very tight turn. Therefore
the use only of strong vacuum cleaners (I suck at 2400 watts) recommended as "weaker" vacuum cleaner
no longer sufficient to train apply the dust and dirt to pass through the brush hairs.
Conclusion:
Anyone looking for a brush which is very good and the possibilities almost unlimited by the processing
and not afraid of the price, which is absolutely right when Miele brush! Here, the brush has full 5 stars.
However, a powerful vacuum cleaner is required! Under the 2000 watts suction result is no longer optimal.
So I forgive ultimately a "good" and therefore 4 stars.

Addendum of 12/01/2012: Now that I have the brush for about 1.5 years of use (about 1x per week), I can say the following for durability:
It's all the way since the first unpacking! If one takes the trouble to clean the brush right times and apart from the slight scratches caused by use, you'd think the thing was new! So clear for longevity 5 Stars!
PS: Even if it might sound like this: I'm not a Miele representatives. ;-)

Addendum of 25/04/2015:
Now almost five years then passed. And the thing is still holding despite regular use!
Well, the bristles are understandably a bit disheveled and otherwise it no longer looks new. But it served its purpose. And that's what counts!
