As with many new flat screens, the screen looks "over-sharpened", thus has to be seen in movies under the impression that it plays in the studio and not in reality. That was when my Sony from 6 years ago not so. However, the device offers so many picture settings, on which I have not yet dared ran after 4 weeks (expert mode), I can only speak for the factory settings.
In addition, my wife uses the TV as satellite radio (Internet Radio as it would be the same) and found out that the shutdown of the image is quite cumbersome by energy saving menu and strangely named is ("Screen Off"). According to the website of LG there for a button on the remote ("Eco"), but not on the supplied. Maybe you have to buy the Magic remote control. Here, the TV also forgets every time that he was previously on automatic image brightness, so no need for a second time to the energy saving menu, if you want to later re-television, or it is not as economical as indicated.
As I said, whining at a high level, the features are great, the menu navigation ok and the price super.
