layers = less leakage fear. everyone afraid of leaks and ben no problem with its layers. I do not see the difference with pampers diapers (green package). we may seut a little baby pees but nothing c. I recommend it. it saves money while protecting baby from allergies and leaks. Remember that pampers c !!!
