1. Around 6000 photos since March 2011.!
2. Mainly in my last vacation in Central America - high temperatures and high humidity (more later for image quality)!
3. Mainly with intensive use of the 24 times optical zoom range (animal images, often on the move and always without a tripod)!
4. Photos can be seen in [...] (NY, Canada, South Africa: FZ20, Panama, Costa Rica and Nicaragua: FZ100), which is to be noted that the resolution / quality does not match the original, because the website provider's photos compressed to about 100KB!
Result:
1. Very good pictures in good weather, even under severe use of the zoom range, at least for a steady hand!
2. In case of bad (overcast) weather noise is still noticeable, especially when utilizing the Zoom!
3. Burst mode works very well, but the image quality suffers!
4. Video function is also suitable for demanding videographers (Full-HD with rotatable display)!
5. Exceptionally many features that can be used quickly laypeople!
But Beware:
1. Handwritten default are necessary (eg ISO best at 400 limit), Automatic Photo function returns, depending on the lighting situation mediocre to good pictures!
2. Can only original batteries (relatively expensive)!
3. Very good pictures are in my opinion only by good settings accessible (polarizing filters are also good tools, especially at noon)!
4. Complete zoom range without a tripod barely usable, partly I had up to 30 photos a snap so well was, especially with moving subjects!
Conclusion:
Good camera for ambitious amateur photographers, which is certainly worth their money. If one looks at the functions and takes the time these are to be used in bright light very good pictures possible even from far away and moving subjects.
