Part fine, but weeks of waiting time from China

Had only just received the part for over 2 weeks although in the order-taking the delivery time was shown as available - in stock China! For the delivery service only 1 star.
Product is inadequately packed, so watch out when opening, otherwise you have the same damaged the cable exposed. Again, only 1-2 stars.
The product itself is fine, making good, solid impression, but lacking CE mark and may therefore not so in the EU are sold. So product quality 4-5 star, Missing marking 1 star.
Who has enough time to wait and regulatory products not expected to be ordered here, otherwise stay away.
