partly suitable as winter shoes and narrower than expected

The quality is as usual at Rieker (leather exterior and interior discreet wool, only sub synthetic sole), but the shoe does after delivery forward a narrower impression than on the product photos to see. I thought that was a bit misleading, because it is precisely that was my reason to buy. Laces and Reißverschlüss on the sides in the interaction are a good thing, practical and visually appealing also.
The shoes are very, very easy and, once attracted, however, was equal to the leather surface marked with transverse stripes, conversion is so difficult ...
The sole is for the winter unfortunately a joke, even my indoor sports shoes have a similar grip.

Conclusion: High-quality workmanship, a little misleading product photos, questionable winter sole.

Meanwhile gets only the outsole a star deduction. It's one of those pairs of shoes that are beautiful with wearing. There are just a really comfortable pair of high-quality leather-offenders who cross welts do not bother, let the shoes "gracefully aged" look ... ;-)
