This box looks stable, for my use of size perfectly (much bigger should not be a part, otherwise you get the leg while on - hard and descending over it), does not look too bulky. Some falls off the bike with my attachment tests with lapprigen fixtures they survived without damage. A powerful kick and the following impact also.
The attachment should really go very easy, but this is because so given to fixing material is really poor. 4 screws and 4 safety nuts + 2 mounting bracket made of plastic .... end Allende.
No washers (absolutely necessary), no any anti - slip rubber pads or - sleeves, so that the part on the carrier then really does not slip and does not rattle. On the meager plastic hangers can be the box is not securely fastened, at least not with the enclosed 4 screws. Plastic materials aging nowadays extremely fast by the additions, so the box will remain on the carrier not too long.
The screws are very long, so with NEM side cutters cut the parts. Holes are marked out and drilled but not completely drilled through. A little technical skills, tools and hardware store are in demand, then you get the box fixed also.
I guess strong that the manufacturer Profex has a porter never seen up close. The marked holes are partially right where they should not be, namely there where crossbars to racks extend.
So the lean, low quality and little thoughtful mounting hardware pulls down the otherwise good box. Although the box has a handle, but carry through the botany I wanted the part but then not, and certainly not on the bike. Just to throw away will surely hope not turn the. Cost 2 star.
I wound up but switched to a Porter-side pocket.
