After much deliberation I decided these sandals Ecco at a high price but to buy and do not regret this purchase. On the first day of use I was ungeplanterweisse forced to strain the sandals. On a tour of about 20 km I was surprised at half the distance of a thunderstorm and had lack of opportunities to continue the tour in the pouring rain.
Meanwhile, I can report the following experiences:
- No blisters or bruising at well adjusted straps
- No slipping when wet, the grip remains footbed
- No material wear while walking in the wet state and also no disadvantages afterwards (even after the event for 3 months now)
- Belts and remain comfortable even in bare feet thanks to good padding
- Soles are comfortable and keep it that way
- No odor so far, despite intensive use
- Seams and Velcro closures perfectly still
Conclusion: After months of intensive wearing over hill and dale in jedwedem weather except snow and ice I still have not found any disadvantages in comparison to my previous sandals. I do not discovered what bothers me and I hope next year still to run with these sandals. My result is clear when 5 *!
