September 11, 2001 is the central event of the early twenty-first century: it triggered an allegedly ongoing war on terrorism from the West against an impalpable enemy created from scratch for the sole benefit of the military-industrial complex. If the official report very watered attacks sparked a mass of critical studies focused on internal and not external conspiracy, they were totally denigrated and censored by the mainstream media under a procedure developed by the CIA in 1967 (Lance DeHaven Smith, 2014). KR Ryan's work is part of a demanding high quality research. This research is original. Readers should know and accept the basic assumptions of alternative theories: the ten new pirates are fall guys (patsy) whose role is secondary in the hijacking of planes, the three towers were completely pulverized by explosives (demolition controlled). The author does not return it, these points have been widely discussed and supported by others. Ryan on the other hand how this research was made possible. He spent combing the biographies, statements and schedules of the actors and the many links they have between each other sometimes for decades across multiple companies. He distinguishes nineteen key actors (Rumsfeld, Cheyney, Tenet Giuliani are the most familiar to the general public). Nineteen suspects as the number of suspected pirates, hence the title of the book. It shows that these players well placed at the head of various administrations (Vice President, DoD, FBI, CIA, NORAD, FAA, etc.) have the technical and administrative resources, the will and motivation to carry out the attacks. In addition, they have all taken substantial profits post 11/9. The close private ties maintained by some of these players and officials of foreign states are highlighted: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Pakistan. However, no active role in the Israel napparaît although it seems certain work that Israeli intelligence knew. This role would probably nothing further that there had been that Israel remains a large recipient of the attacks. Missing in this book may be a few summary tables and charts to facilitate the synthesis. The core of the conspiracy group perfectly illustrates what Andrej Lobaczwevski pathocracy defined as: a group of people devoid of all moral sense, any empathy, all that distinguishes the human robot, satisfying his appetite for power and her boundless extravagant greed whatever the cost to others (political Ponerology; Lobaczwevski, 2007). This is not new but it's still scary.
