Following the death of my old handset (C47H) I had bought a lot with SIP based (C470IP) I was looking for a replacement compliant in order to continue to use the famous base and its interesting features. I found this model that, despite what the Gigaset website is fully compatible with all the functions of my base so I can again call on my landline and my SIP line without any problems. The handset is rather well done and easy to use. I was able to transfer phone numbers from my old handset to the new one in 2 clicks, the sound is impeccable and the use of AA seems to bring greater autonomy over its ancestor still AAA. All good after a week of use, I recommend for a new phone or replacement of an existing Gigaset base for all supported functions; o)
