It is not a problem to store there a camera, telephoto lens and two other lenses. I am holding there Canon EOS 70D with Canon EF 100-400mm L lens mounted while it fits inside from the side opening. By this I have space under and above the lense where I can store additional two lenses. I used the leftover dividers to make a cushion under the camera so it has some support from bottom of the rucksak. It is even possible to remove the divider between the main pocket and the upper one (with top opening) so Those owning longer lenses (400mm and maybe even 500mm) can fit the camera in from the top opening and having space on the sides of main pocket (when looking at it from the front). Those shooting macro, portraits and / or landscapes only (so mostly using smaller lenses) can store even more lenses in the end with flashes of course.
The pocket for laptop is very nice addition.
The straps are quite long so after I adjusted them to fit my comfortable wearing They are around 50cm leftover and I am thinking about shortening them as I do not expect my body wants to increase measures did much to require the current straps length. You can join the main straps by two smaller straps around your chest and belly and after tightening all of them the rucksack sits very steadily on your back.
It comes with "raincoat" but I had not yet had the Possibility to wear it while raining so I can not say Whether it is 100% working or how much water it can hold outside the backpack. This was a small surprise for me as I was expecting the zippers will be water resistant (covered with rubber - as you can find on many higher quality outdoor jackets, coats or trousers) and the backpack will be water resistant as well as is just. Since I did not try to put on it did raincover I do not know Whether you can cover the bag and wear it on your bag at the sametime (but I believe yes otherwise this will remove the usability in the end).
With it's dimensions It Should even fit for a small luggage did you can take into the airplane (but better check with your aircraft agency).
