We have previously also been other LED lamps tries but which were not bright enough to us.
This lamp is perfect, it uses very little power and our hallway lights so bright that we will not have to turn on the main light every time when we are on the way to the toilet.
As a night light for a child's room I would not recommend this light, because that it is too bright.
For a dark hallway as she is our perfect and illuminated with us day and night!
