about 1 mm from the narrowest position, very solid iPhone slides in and out with slight resistance. Nix loose or shaky; goes like butter. Real very valuable to use, I did not think - must lie at the leather cover.
Assembly in Nu done, rotational resistance can be adjusted individually by tightening / loosening the screw joint.
Installation incl. Proclip was done in under 10 minutes.
