Perfect for entry-level steam cleaner. While the tank is a bit small but the advantage is that it reduces the heating time and the device is less heavy to move. Autonomy is sufficient for apartment type F4 but those who have a large area will recover from the water and it is not practical. I appreciated that the unit does not drop and produce a dense steam. By cons, a slightly longer wire would have been helpful. Similarly, the wipes provided with the device are not very effective (single terry cloth) and it is better to use a micro-fiber (it is unnecessary in the same size, just clip it on the broom). Bad point for customer relationships Kärcher: I wanted to take advantage of the special offer (lot of free wipes or refund of 20) and this is what had largely motivated my choice. So I sent a screen shot to prove my purchase on Amazon and the bar code cut out of the carton. Kärcher demanded an invoice I had to ask the seller Marketplace. So many complications ... and yet the promised gift!
