I had a dozen "good fat" tasks on the Canon 70D though many new sensor (like what ...) following a stay in Morocco where I asked somewhat the camera (ha ... the beautiful blue sky, landscapes, people ... well, it's beautiful!) and there cleaning kit with nothing, even at f22 whether or 50mm to 250mm on a white page or better, a uniform sky (blue or gray as we like in Paris lol) no longer work.
To go further, even if the cleaning pen is the essence of good final result, the illuminated magnifier system is simply essential and for once, really well done. You just follow correctly all the instructions on the manual (only in English by cons). I do not mention the bellows which is just okay but not as effective as pear Giotto.
In other words, here's how:
1 / Place the flat camera (on the back), the magnifying glass above (with the reading sensor)
2 / Put the magnifying power switch to "On": the sensor surface will now be illuminated.
3 / Take a deep breath! (That is to laugh ...)
4 / Look through the viewfinder located above the lens while cleaning the sensor surface with the pen (tilt your head to your liking). Important note: to see more precisely dust, traces and tasks on the sensor It is important not to hesitate to use this wheel in the viewfinder magnifier (turn).
5 / A After cleaning, take a picture with an opening between f11 and f22 (f22 being for large cleanliness freaks like me) and compare the result. It is quite likely that you are forced to make a second cleaning; it is quite normal. Everything is to keep calm and never, never get upset.
