Perfect replacement for PAR38 outdoor lighting

I have in the carport a moisture-proof lamp holder with two lamps PAR38 far as light bulbs with 100 watts of power. Since now the second lamp has given up the ghost, I looked around for an alternative. To select the state of the complete replacement of the lamp holder and replacement by an LED construction lights.
