Have now the Emus for two months. The color and quality of leather are still very good. However, I find that the shoe but has glaring shortcomings.
The sole itself runs very strong, which I think is already seriously inadequate at such a high-priced shoes. In addition, the shoe leads a life of its own in terms of width. Meanwhile, the boots so much that you can wear socks with Stieleljeans and two pairs as they limp otherwise. That was when they were new not the case, as you could put on only socks and good wars.
My conclusion is, who "frequent goer" is should rather buy a pair of ordinary thermal trekking boots. The Emus are just for the look, but not suitable when we apply the shoe its actual purpose, namely running.
