I have a Mac Mini in 2014, of an HP 27 "WQHD (Wide Quad HD, 2560x1440) should be connected. Contrary to my original idea of being able to connect the monitor with a HDMI to DVI cable (which works with the Mac mini and the use of my cable (DVI Single-) namely only to full HD resolution) and of any subsequent research (yes, there is a HDMI to Dual-DVI adapter, which costs a lot of money but), I am on the come idea to try this cable. The cable came in an economical package (positive!) and has on one side a plug for the mini display port (fits in both Thunderbolt ports on the Mac Mini) and on the other side a display . port connector with locking (positive because the can not easily slip out like a HDMI cable) The image quality is excellent (was otherwise expected), and everything works perfectly the way:. as opposed to the description of the cable is, however, two meters long and not only one meter.
