So definitely it has a good warming effect. Before greater efforts should not apply otherwise it gets too hot. otherwise, I find the gel well. Whether my pain went away but actually faster than I can say without balm difficult. But the warming effect did definitely, at least temporarily well. just one. careful with the dosage at the beginning of round.
