When I have bought this organic and pure gel I have not looked at the composition. But looking closer, I saw that there was no phenoxyethanol ... very organic. And when typing the word on the Internet, the answers are not bathmat either! I do not think buy this product via amazon, preferring a true organic composition, even at a price.
