I called but nothing to do, they do not take into account the constraints of their customers ...! (They should not gain much honoring the ads they are based on this because the promotion was still ongoing) .....
They won 50 euros and lost a client. I do not appreciate this policy and I will buy more from Philips brand products which for me is fallen low.
I also no longer buy on Amazon products sold with a deferred repayment .... if it is to be delivered without invoice, not being able to edit an on-site ... and do not expect to be informed when a edition of an original invoice is possible .... and finally not get what we expected to receive ... it is not worth it.
On the product itself I did not even try! .
