Phone not bad, but instructions flawed

But that I have (31, really good mobile experience and not clumsy in such things) really my problem.
Sure, it's good for the elderly, when the menu is kept as minimal as possible, which would also be a problem if the instructions were detailed.

But I find almost no information about how I can, for example, switch off the mailbox, how can I delete stored numbers, how can I disable the pin code, how do I get the symbol for "not received calls" gone ... and so on (if someone could help me further because I would be greatly appreciated)!

The * button functions as key lock ... I think it would be useful if zusätzelich a small key would be printed, so that the old people find this button / function easily again ...

The keys are not letters, what indeed actually makes sense, because there is no SMS phone and seniors .... otherwise just confused as I have that stored telephone numbers can also be titles / names by chance found out - is only This kind of hard when the keys are indeed covered with letters, but does not stand on it.

As I said, I think it's from the key size, the optical design, the format etc. ideal for seniors ... even the relatively simple menu and service ....
