She is beautiful, she heats well (even if it makes a lot of noise during the initial use), it does not drip.
But:
- The water hits the plastic insulating the thermometer, which is annoying if you want a stainless steel tank precisely so that the water does not heat up in plastic.
- The first one I received was not sealed at the thermometer and it is fogged.
- The one I had received for its cover that did not.
And I 'have not received a third because they decided to pay me.
That said, the customer service was very correct.

However, if it had worked, it would have been a good product.
