After much deliberation, I decided to buy a mechanical keyboard. Since I was able to witness the development of live-PC, I was able to improve on countless keyboards my technique. Because 10-finger blind we had to learn in school. With increasing development of PC also changed the keyboards. There were more and more functions to it. Unfortunately, the true meaning has been lost: The good and reliable writing experience remained on the track. Today's keyboards have certainly justified, but the origins very little in common. Today the keyboard was delivered. What can I say? Unwrapped, connected and simply losgelegt. I was allowed to experience a few keyboards that come up high on this. The old IBM keyboard perhaps. And one way or another from Compaq. The Filco is just a keyboard for prolific writer. And for me the most important thing: I felt immediately at ease when writing. Well, the noise is not louder than an electric typewriter that it indeed still are today. A transparent cover was incidentally also included. But one thing bothers me quite violently: I should have decided much earlier for this purchase. Then several other keyboards I would have been spared.
