plancha Compatible?

I'm not sure if the max temperature plancha (280-300 °) is compatible with this product, but I use it on the griddle for marinated meats to spare the surface of the hot plate. Very resistible, it leaves no traces of fat on the device. This paper considerably reduces the cooking temperature, so do not use it if we grill over high heat. The price is a little expensive!
