I tried once and was very satisfied. Back automatically grader and it can be pleasant to sit cross-legged on. A ceiling should still have underneath, if you're emfindlich at the ankles, but I have not used, is a matter of taste. The cushion is well made and does not smell like chemicals or other artificial fragrances.
