Had the simplest possible shell sought which should only perform their primary function: minimize protection from drops and scratches permanently. This requires a properly sized projection of the envelope, this is sufficiently granted on all sides when you close the lid carefully, but could be sized even larger for my taste.
For this price range, the general processing is better than I expected. The mandatory state functions obviously work. The sleep mode by magnetic lock works perfectly, the cutout for the camera is sufficient and does not interfere. The inner lining is soft and velvety. The iPad is securely fixed in the casing thanks to the Velcro.

Conclusion: the search for a reasonable shell cost me two hours of my life. For iPad 1 I already had two similar cases and was thus forewarned, because one of these cases was excellent and the other a disaster. From this Fintie case I am pleasantly surprised especially considering the price.
