please do not with (A) DSL

Have the phone for my 81 year old mother bought.
Operation and Lesbarbeit are good, but unfortunately there
a small and, on existing Anschuss, big problem,
the unfortunately not useful made.
Therefore, I sent it back today.

Small problem: rather unimportant. Telfonbucheinträge are
possible only in capital letters, font is not scaled,
if a character slips into a new line.
But it's also so easy to read.

Big problem: At present connection rustled the phone
very loud. All such removal, Eco Mode, amplifier settings
tried. There is a similar connection with
(A) DSL splitter, I suspect because the issue.
The manual recommends an additional DSL filters,
but what I think is the task of the phone.
The somewhat dated Gigaset not rushed.
Think of a telephone system or pure analog connection
is recommended the unit.
