Admirable is certainly the higher resolution in this 25er Monitor. The image quality is impressive with uniform illumination to the brim. The frameless design I like very much, because finally can not collect more dust in the corners. The surface is not too dull and just right for my needs. The picture therefore is not too "dull" and colors are of course represented. I have means of my Mac mini DisplayPort (2012) connected to the U2515H. Now I have at Yosemite enough room for many windows.
Finally was waived tinny sounding speakers. Optionally, there is however the possibility of a Soundbar below the monitor to install.
Contemporary connections (at last no more VGA) are also abundant. These can be accessed virtually from below. Using Aperture sees nothing more from the cables. One of a total of five USB 3.0 ports, however, is freely accessible. Due to the flatter design is this located on the left rear of the monitor. It is indeed easy to reach, but a side USB port would have been more practical.
Dell also has this model placed great emphasis on ergonomics. The base is very fine example with only a handle (ie screwless) attached. Removes this is simply by depressing a button. The otherwise provides only Eizo.
A little complicated, I find the settings. Buttons are (not always immediately) to touch. There are thankfully no annoying LED during operation. If the monitor is in power saving mode, the power switch in discreet white flashes. Anyway I draw from no stars, as you do not call the settings every day.
The build quality is impeccable and even the packaging provides adequate protection. It is not too big.
