In my experience, the breaking off of the nose in> 90% of cases is responsible for the death of a cable. As standardized network cable otherwise hardly differ, the male is the essential purchase criterion, and probably the main reason not to grab a better plug in this case for most on commodity returns, which only costs a fraction.
It should be noted that the cable labeling CAT 6 carries, although only as a CAT 5e sold (measured I have not). In practice, however, this is almost always matter because Gigabit works over CAT 5e with an unchanged data rate. Only with cable lengths from 100m which plays a role. The cable is relatively stiff and can be bad loss for small radii.
Effectively another, lower quality is delivered (as far as the connector) in this product easy. I wonder why such a product objectively despite strong deviation from the description (to the flat belongs also the image) by most other reviewers 5 Star gets. Presumably, the product was recently replaced without changing the description, or there are different cables sold under the same name. I do not want to hope that the majority of reviewers is biased.
