When I started using this backpack, I discovered that no internal padded wall mounted not high enough and that my cell surface could be scratched by placed Accessories in the pocket next to that of the laptop. This actually happened, which does not matter but disappointing when you just bought a new laptop. Poor quality: less than two months after the acquisition, one of the straps began to do battle, which continued a few weeks before I buy another bag in a supermarket, its brand (which evokes a cross ;-)). For 10 Euros less, it much better, almost as Samsonite although I had before, become too small (15 "4 instead of 15" 6) and had cost me much more expensive.
