I wanted to give my somewhat in the tooths television (rear projection device) on TV reception: an opportunity for better image before I would buy a new TV. Using this receiver, it did not work! At first I thought that the image was sharper a lot. However, it was recognized on closer inspection a peculiar horizontal wave formation and partly frayed edges in the image. On all channels, regardless of the settings (RGB, S-VHS, etc.) I made. The handling / manual bugged me fairly. I thought that it would perhaps be due to the outdated TV (6 years) with outdated technology. Nevertheless, I started a 2nd attempt with the Scartreceiver "TT Scart C102". What can I say! It's amazing what rausholt this Scart Receiver from my TV! The Humax is not recommended in my opinion. The TT does not only cost half, but is by the design and operation of virtually invisible. And it delivers more than convincing images! ... And it is also available on Amazon! So, quickly change the product!
