The following negative characteristics are present, in my opinion:
- The inaccurate temperature readings, about 2.5 deg. Difference between indoor and
Outside temperature; compared to a precise industrial thermometer had the
Internal temperature with up to 2 deg. (Depending on the temperature range), the largest deviation
- Had the humidity deviation (inside-outside) of about 10%
- The SNOOZE / LIGHT button jammed after pressing and had to be withdrawn
- A change of control and display interface on German language is not
possible
- There were no batteries included; does not meet current standards
- Mounting external sensor possible only with nails or special small screws,
nothing corresponding supplied
Since this was already the second weather station EWS-800 (first returned) and it had the same defects as the first except for the clamping button SNOOZE / LIGHT, I have returned this Weather Station!
